After this last record heat wave on 9/6/20, our air conditioner stopped working and it luckily came back online. We wanted someone to come review our system to make sure it was okay because we have had so many problems with it in the past. Ethan and his helper came out and spent so much time checking everything out and I learned more about my system than I ever thought I would know and how best to keep my house cool especially in a bad heatwave. I am so grateful I found this company and am always so appreciative when people come out and they are honest and hardworking! He found nothing wrong with my system and only charged me the service fee. In the future, I will only call Ethan! I got lucky also because I had just switched to their company for my 2x year filter and system cleaning where Jesse was the serviceman. He was also very kind and informative. Ethan, the owner, and his team are incredible! They originally installed my HVAC system in 2016 and I continue to turn to them for overall maintenance. As you can imagine, a heatwave is NOT the time you want your A/C to flounder, but it can and did. I called for help after hours on a Thursday and Katelynn put me on the schedule for the following day. When Ethan noticed my situation on the schedule this morning, he came over to diagnose the issue since he was in the area. An hour later, my system is up and running and my home was left spotless. The work involved being in my hot attic on this very hot day and wearing a mask because of Covid. Ethan and the accompanying technician were pleasant, undaunted, professional and timely. I feel lucky that my original research led me to Ethan and All Four Seasons. I highly recommend them.

Two of our three furnace units decided to go belly up and two different companies came out only to say they couldn’t fix them - they were either too high end (?) or old. My units are old - they’re very rarely used. I called several companies and was told they wouldn’t even look at the units “You just have to buy new.” They could not be bothered. Four Seasons came out immediately, diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed both units less than 48 hours later. (They had to order two parts.) Jesse was our technician and he was the best. He was expert, honest, on time, really great to be around, and spoke with the insurance company a few times to get them to understand what was happening - a hassle no one needs. This company was great, and Jesse was terrific.

Jesse's the technician who serviced my ac/heat unit. He's remarkable. He's on prompt. He is kind, considerate, knowledgeable. I love that he put cloth bootie covers before walking into my home. He tested the unit before he left to make sure everything was in working order. I didn't feel "sold" he only recommended what needed to be and sometimes it was just the basic maintenance. Very trustworthy! Impeccable customer service from not only Jesse but also Katelynn and Catarina. The office is incredibly well run. They do the best at accommodating your schedule and make it very easy!

I have used All four seasons AC &Heating for the past 5 years for our home. About 2 years ago we decided to upgrade both systems to the Carrier Infiniti system which we just love. All four seasons A/C did an amazing job. Ethan was so patient with my wife and me and his install crew is amazing... Ethan is extremely professional and most important he delivers what he promises. 2 years later I used All four seasons ac for my work. They installed 4 new units. Again, I was extremely happy. We've used Ethan and All Four Seasons for a few years now. He kept our 19-year-old system running. A couple of years ago we had him replace all the ductwork and they did a fantastic job. We finally decided to replace our HVAC system, and on Monday we got a beautiful Carrier System installed. They are honest, professional, and fair. They always use drop cloths to protect my house and completely clean up after their visit. I highly recommend Ethan and All Four Seasons Air Conditioning and Heating.
